The Three Core Muscles of Mental Fitness
When you develop strong Mental Fitness, you can stay present when you’re hijacked by fear or self-sabotaging thoughts and can recover much faster. You learn to respond rather than react and gain a wiser, calmer, happier mind.
You do this by building three core mental muscles (neural pathways) in your brain: Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command and Sage Muscles.
This is what the powerful 8-week intensive training is all about – training those muscles with app-based intense practice to build permanent new mind habits. The result? Less stress, more resilience to stay focused and in control, no matter the challenge.

Saboteur Interceptor muscle
Your Saboteurs are the voices in your head; deeply ingrained mental habits that generate all your negative emotions. To weaken your Saboteurs you need to first discover them (there are 10). Complete this complimentarty on-line questionnaire to discover which Saboteurs are holding you back.

Self-Command muscle
Powerful 10-second exercises to command your mind to quiet the region where your Saboteurs live and activate the region where your Sage Power lives. This builds self-awareness. This muscle is crucial in enabling you to recover faster from Saboteur hijackings and shift to choosing a more resourceful Sage response.

Sage muscle
Your Sage is the mental muscle which handles challenges with positive emotions. It uses the five powers: Empathise, Explore, Innovate, Navigate and Activate. Once you’ve activated your Sage brain through self-command exercises, you’ll have access to these powers. This is the secret to feeling calmer, happier, confident and EMPOWERED.
