Our Programme

Boost your Mental Fitness with our transformative programme! In just 8 weeks, master the foundations of a stronger mind. Over 4 months of personalised coaching, rewire your habits and unlock lasting change.

It takes eight weeks to master the concepts of Mental Fitness - just enough time to cement new neural pathways which help you to think and behave in more resourceful ways. The optional 4-month personalised coaching embeds these new habits so that your Mental Fitness practice becomes part of your everyday life.   Find out what's included here.

Bite-size videos

Complete the online questionnaires to discover your Saboteurs and measure your Mental Fitness. 

Each Friday, bite-size videos are released.  These include content from Shirzad Chamine as well as experiential activities to strengthen your Mental Fitness throughout the week. 

Optional 1 to 1 Coaching

After the 8-week Foundation Programme you may continue with an optional 4-month 1-to-1 Coaching Programme.  This starts with a powerful goal-setting session to uncover your "why".  Together, we'll define success and create a clear, actionable  road-map.

Accountability Group

At the beginning of each week you will meet with your group for a 60-minute facilitated discussion to explore that week's videos and how you can apply them.  The group also share learning and act as accountability buddies.  Your Mental Fitness Coach will be with you all of the way.

Game-changing App

A daily focus and three optional exercises are delivered to you via our exclusive app.  Fifteen minutes a day of app guided practice enables you to build mental muscles (neural pathways).  So with practice the new habits stick!  You have access to the app for a year. 

Personalised Coaching

Work with a Mental Fitness Coach each month to embed new habits,

encourage ongoing practice and measure success.  We call this becoming PQ powered; a way of being that incorporates mental fitness into everyday life. â€‹
