Any questions? What would you like to know?
We're sure you have some questions so below are a few that you might want to ask. If your question isn't answered, please send us an email or schedule a quick Teams call and we can chat over a coffee.
Will I have time?
Our Programmes are not designed to add more stress, worry and pressure to your life!
You'll need a total of 15 mins a day to practice.

You'll need 1 hour to watch the bite-size videos over the weekend.

Plus 60 mins every week to attend the group call to see a real difference. Detailed breakdown.

Will this help confidence & impostor syndrome?
Absolutely! You must have heard the saying confidence is all in the mind? That's why building new habitual ways of thinking helps overcome confidence issues and impostor moments. You literally train your brain to think differently; more kindly and positively towards yourself.

Can I do this for personal issues?
Absolutely! Just like with physical fitness when you go to the gym regularly you find that you feel stronger. However, not only do you feel more toned other things in your life begin to improve: sleep, happiness etc.
We find the same with mental fitness. We often get feedback that performance at work has improved but also happiness generally improves.

Do I need a goal?
Success and lasting change is all about the strength of your intention and why it's important to you. We spend time helping you to get this clear at the outset. In our experience, this is what makes the difference.
If you want long lasting results, it requires intense initial practice and commitment. Those who know their why tend to be those who make the investment of time and energy.

Can I attend with a colleague or friend?
In our experience, this situation is totally workable. We may have a conversation or two before the Programme start-date so we can facilitate a conversation around how to honour confidentiality with each other and set any other appropriate boundaries.

Can a team do this together?
Yes, our Programmes equip teams with tools and strategies to speak up, have difficult conversations, take bold action and work more collaboratively.

We have found that it is important that the group is working on a shared goal to achieve best results.
When mentally fit, teams experience less stress, improved performance and are more engaged.

Can the Programme be customised to suit our organisation?
Yes. We have customised for different job roles: HR Teams or graduates new to the organisation. Similarly, we have taken groups who are working on a similar focus: combatting impostor syndrome, overcoming overwhelm are just a few of the programmes we have run.

Is progress measurable?
The app records practice and progress so both are measurable. There are six levels of muscle development Level 1 through to Mastery.
